First of all, withholding grants not already agreed to or the transfer of additional lands does not constitute blackmail.
That is just you biased , ignorant opinion and you have proven that you have no knowledge about legal definitions when you indicated the late ML /archery season was a special season.

There you go again twisting the facts. Since you don't recognize Websters definition, what definition do you recognize?

Is there a Larry Sattler dictionary out there in print?

You truly are a low life, but aside from that fact , did you ever read the PA code of game laws with the associated definitions? Do you understand that the only special seasons are in the special regulation areas?

"2004 was AFTER the HR program began"

According to pgcs meaningless damage control lies/claims, but not according to the data on the annual reports or according to the harvest.

Certification was definately the major contributor to hr pre-2004 so not sure what the point is anyway?

Ahh once again, the Cornster has to resort to the accusation of lies when the facts don't fit what he has spouted.
The "blackmail" you claim came two years later!

You are the one who took exception to the use of the word "special" Now you use it to contradict what you said in the other thread

BTbuthunter, always the least educated in the conversation, yet always the loudest. You really should look into things before making a complete ass out of yourself. If i had your debate skills and knowledge level of said topics, id have quit posting on message boards years ago.

Pressure to slaughter the deer herd was occurring LOOONG before 2004. Here, from your hero... You know the big "pgc critic" lmfao... that you posted about?

I get tired of making posts simply to point you in the right direction, if you want to talk about things, please know at least the basics first.

From dcnr article 1997--

"Although highly complimentary of the state's management of the forests in nearly all areas, the evaluation team identified several areas of needed improvements, such as the overpopulation of deer in the state. Oliver said most of the shortcomings cited in the report will be addressed in the state's next 15-year forest management plan currently under development.'

Continued pressure 2002: http://www.dcnr.state.pa.us/cnrac/Ve...0Revisions.htm

Hey Corny....forget the link....get the crayolas and construction paper out and draw him a picture. Sure as chit, he'll understand that better. I'd suggest sending him smoke signals, but it appears that smoke might be the culprit for his inabilty to grasp simple facts.

I wish it were as honest and simple as him being clueless and being in need of education. While he is not very knowledgable, true... he also relies heavily upon lying about those things that he knows to be fact, but doesnt fit his pgc butt-kissing agenda.
