Iftrapping was considered huntingthen they wouldhave to follow the hunting regulations, then why am I allowed to kill skunks, possums, weasels, raccoons in my trap on sundays, but not allowed to hunt these same animals on sunday outside of a trap? Interesting.
Also I read that it said firearms to dispatch animals while trapping. It says manually operated 22s onlyDURING the deer season but hunting them during deer season one is allowed to use any caliber gun they want. LMAO
It is totally screwed up. Try to decipher this crap. So trapping and hunting does not apply by the same rules or laws.

Union workers have their own lawyers 24/7. They are some of the best lawyers in the bussiness. They don't screw around. It won't cost me a dime. But those laws are very confusing and screwed up.
No matter what happens at the end,the worse is I would get a fine for useing illegal firearm for ??????. No loss of license. They would spend more money than me on their lawyer and case than I would ever do. 200$ tops fine compared to their thousands of dollars for lawyers. This would be like someone owes a bank or credit card company 10 cents and they send you 10$ in postage trying to collect that 10cents. To someone else who don't get free lawyers from their jobs than they have no choice to plead guilty and pay the fine.
Again,I am not going to go out of my way to prove a point, I will continue to do as I do and let fate happen as it may.

i would like to see semi-pistol legal for hunting small game but with restriction like shotgun that you can only have 3 bullets in gun.clip would hold only 3 shots, same with rifle.
my reason is many of us have semi-auto browning buckmark pistols.
same with semi-auto rifle for SMALL game only, plug it and allow only 3 shots.
i dont want to see it for hunting deer tho ,just small game.
i would agree on rule that you can only have 1 shell in your semi-auto,WEJUST WANT TO BE ABLE TO USE OUR GUNS IN WOODS NOT FIRE A LOT OF SHELLS AT RABBIT.

I got an old rossi 22 pump. It has a hammer on it. I can hold that trigger without releaseing it and work that pump and it is just like a semi. As fast as I work the action while holding the trigger down,I can fire 16 shots in under 5 seconds. It's legal.

they would.
just to unsafe.
now, i agree we should be able to use our sem-autos in woods but the would only be allowed if plugged for 1 shot.
shotgun is a lot different, most bb will only go 50 yds on semi-auto.
but then you would have people that unplug the semi-autos.
i would love to carry my BROWNING BUCKMARK PLUS WITH ROSEWOOD GRIPS.
i cvan carry it, i have PERMIT TO CARRY PISTOL but i cant fire it unless my life is in danger, like that COUGAR
but heck, i would throw pistol in snow and tackle that sucker.SEND ME IN COACH.
