So people who use clubs or drowned their catch or choke an animal are in use of illegal dispatch weapons and ways?
your wrong and you refuse to admit it. All your doing at this point is giving fuel to the antis. I am done with this thread however if youd like to test the case come trap in washington county and dispatch with a semi and you can take your case all the way to the Supreme court. OR I can have your local WCO met you. . You can PM me with where and when you want to test your theory.

When the man with the badge tells me not to do it, I think the smart thing is to not do it. Especially when ther's nothing to be gained by trying to test him

Again, once an animal iscaught in a trap, the hunt is over.Onlything left to do is dispatch the animal. I will continue to dispatch the ways I do. If an encounter ever comes when a semi is in my hand and I what I am doing is wrong, then yes I will take it to court. To go out of my way just to do it in front of a WCO or PGC is not my way of doing things even though it sounds like a taunt from you. Maybe one of these days you all might be in my presence when this happens. But I am not going out of my way to do it. Hunting and trapping not the same. If it was, then once again, clubs, choking, drowning would be illegal also.

Starting to wonder who are the ones against or 2nd ammendment rights? Makes hunters wonders I bet. 2nd ammendment and hunting goes hand and hand.

The WCO won't have to see you do it. Simply coming out of the woods with the semi and an animal thats been shot ought to be enough.

Why would you even put yourself in that position?

Not a taunt at all. However if you feel that your misinterpertation of the law iscorrect, you should have no problem with a WCO tagging along as you violate the law

Be enough for what BT? That I killed a animal after the hunt was over. Once that animal is in the trap the hunt is over. I am no longer hunting that animal. I am dispatching it.I am not looking for my trap or that animal outside my trap. I know exactly where my trap is and where that animal is if it is in my trap. Once that animal is in that trap, again the hunt is over. I use a club a catch pole or drown rigsoften and have only took my semi on my trap line a few times over the years. There is no dispatch regs on animals that are in a trap. Plain and simple there is none.

Does that make sense to anyone at all? Not allowed to dispatch a animal that can't flee or hide that is in a trap useing a semi auto rifle? But are allowed to club drowned or choke them? That is ridiculous. And to enforce that law would make them look like Arses if it was to hit the papers.

Again,it would look good in the papers with the arresting officers name for an enforcement of something that is totally ridiculous. And I bet that semis would be allowed to be used after that. You know there would be a big stink about this. Especially with clubs being allowed and not semis. Again, are these animal cops actually supporter of the whole 2nd ammendments rights? You think they would be fighting to make these guns legal for use.

You have failed to show me what is legal to dispatch trapped animals with. So what is legal on trapped animals is also legal for hunting the same animals with I would guess.

Anything not listed as illegal would be assumed to be legal.

I think the issue is that you can't carry a weapon for trapping that isn't permitted for hunting, because it would open a window for those that wanted to hunt with semis. They could simply claim to be trapping if approached by a WCO.
