Iftrapping was considered huntingthen they wouldhave to follow the hunting regulations, then why am I allowed to kill skunks, possums, weasels, raccoons in my trap on sundays, but not allowed to hunt these same animals on sunday outside of a trap? Interesting.
Also I read that it said firearms to dispatch animals while trapping. It says manually operated 22s onlyDURING the deer season but hunting them during deer season one is allowed to use any caliber gun they want. LMAO
It is totally screwed up. Try to decipher this crap. So trapping and hunting does not apply by the same rules or laws.
