first, they dont take your guns when you get caught ROAD HUNTING.
as for fence, all my neighbors have fence up now and it has stopped the doe/fawns from being shot.
it works but cost a lot of money...

how are you going to get fine from people that dont have money.
i have friend who built a house for a man/women that both earned 80,000 a year combined.
he is block layer.
he did wall then asked for his money,10,000 dollars.
they said they arenot paying him.
they went to the magistrate who is related to me and he told them,STAND IN LINE,YOU ARE NO.21..

to this day, they have not paid him for work.thats 20 years ago.

these are people WITH money ,think about one i mentioned WITHOUT a job.think the PGC will get their money ?

i dont want deer gone like in clinton/potter/cameron counties.

i was just at camp in youngwomens creek..
17 hunters and they got 1 doe.
all had doe tags.
doe they got was small fawn.
these guys always killed their 17 doe.

NOW they say, this hunting is bad,the PGC should do something.
these hunters ALSO had 3 DMAP tags to kill 3 doe each in county that is almost wiped out of doe.

THEY are ones pulling trigger and PGC is letting them do it with DCNR along for ride.

why you would be mad that i am trying to keep hunting for future of kids is beyond me..
this year i saw most privateland posted than in 50 years i have hunted here in those 3 counties.

why, because doe/fawns are almost gone and privatelands will be place that still have a few deer left..


dont feel sorry for me, feel sorry for all of us that will see our hunting get to point that most will give it up or go to counties, which i am seeing now, where doe are still left;

i know many that went to PITTSBURGH area this year to hunt doe and most came back with their tags filled.

why would you wanna keep other hunters from filling their doe tags? and does need to be shot, what on earth is wrong with you? isn't it bad enough that people who own large tracts of land would never consider letting 1 or 2 other hunters hunt their property and keep it for a very small number of their buddies. have you seen lic sales this year in NY state????better wake up dude.

and as far as the hillary or republicans blah blah, your going to have the same dog and pony show with whoever gets in. and republicans are supposed to be all for small bussiness. i'm seeing more small bussiness owners hanging it up due to unaffordable health ins for their families. people that work their butts off for a living and can't afford to go to a dentist or havn't seen a doctor in years because they can't cover their copays????man this is america is it not?

One more thing there Sproulman. Scaring or attempting to scare deer away from other hunters who are legally hunting is against the law.

The law was intended to keep PETA types from harassing hunters. Who would've thought that we'd have to worry about other "sportsmen" breaking that law?

on PRIVATELAND,you can scare away any deer ,that rule is for STATEFORESTLAND or STATEGAMELANDS.

as for LEGAL hunter, first you have to have my permission which no DOE hunter is going to get it.
next,these LEGAL hunters you talk about shoot out the windows of their trucks,its called ROAD HUNTING.

Get your facts straight. I said it was illegal to interfere with a LEGAL hunt. The hunter harassment law makes no distinction as to whether the land is public or private.

If they are hunting onYOUR landWITHOUT permission , that's a different matter. You would thenhave a valid trespassing complaint. Report them to the local law.

You kill 3 deer when you shoot a doe.
My grand pappy never killed does so why should I?
There are no deer left, I don’t want to make them extinct
Shooting does will ruin the future of hunting because kids will never go if they don’t see any deer.
Does are a worthless trophy, but let me tell you about my dozens of trophy forkies.
Bucks are the all important trophy. But I can’t eat the horns, so there’s no reason to let a little buck go. But I can toss em in the barn, and little racks leave me with more space.
