No way.I have both and know for a fact that horses don't do anywhere near the damage that ATV's do.That's precisely why horses are allowed on the Federal lands out west and ATV's aren't in most cases.I don't even bother asking permission to take an ATV accross someone's property unless I know them very well.I've never been denied access to ride my horses anywhere.Horses don't do any more damage than deer,Elk,moose or sheep.

As far as seeds go,any animal or bird that eats anything out of a field,is depositing seeds somewhere.

I have been looking for a lease in eatern NY now for 3 years. No luck at all...found some not so great leases in S. VT and some

If you guys are looking for leases in central /west NY, there are allot on line. Do a search. Not many cheap ones. Some small lots are reasonable for 2-4 guys.

motrin - i live in Baltimore, Md. i traveled down to cambridge, Eastern shore distributing flyers and papers, i have knocked door to door, put ads in news papers, looked online (there are never none in MD, just other states and very expensive), nothing.im not just beleiving that its pure luck you know lol, to find some or someone with one when you least expect it. everyone hunts there own land or lets family hunt. i have sent hundreds of letter to timber co, tree farms, apple farms, corn farms, etc with no luck. and i dont even need200acres, lol,i will be ahppy with anything, 20-30, you know. cant even find someone to break me off a small peice of there 1 million acre lot lol. they want it for themselves. o well, public land will work until ifind some orcan buy some, or until i get luckyenough to find some land to lease. good luck guys on your hunt for some land and of course, if any "extra" land is available, (almost a joke lol..."extra" land), please let me know it is well appreciated. thanks
