Hey, can I be one of your friends also. I'd love to get into a lease on groomed land, with food plots to hunt over. Can you erect little cabin like structures in the trees?

You'd have to periodically stock some pheasants.
I wouldn't even consider belonging to lease in 2G if it wasn't for needing a place to take my kids riding. The public land around here has much better hunting than any lease that I know of.I would belong to a lease in other areas of the state where access is much more restricted.

Idon't blame them one bit. It's not a problem on this lease though because they have 2-3 pocker runs on it a year.I use it more for horses than anything.

I really don't trailer my horses.I can leave from the barn and never hit the same trail twice.I have a 6 year old Tennessee walker that's still a little green.I'm trying to get her to the point where mydaughter can show her but she's still too unpredictable.Anytime I take her in to unfamiliar territory she gets nervous and jumpy.I'm ok with that if I'm by myself or with other adults but my little girl is usually with me.I have to spendspend most of mytime keeping an eye on my daughter and her horse. The horse is getting better so maybe by the end of the summerwe'll take some trips.
I have gone huntingout west on horseback trips but I didn't bring my horses.
