Bowhunting State land in IL
I'm thinking of putting together a hunt next season to bowhunt Illnois. What would be your top 5 places to hunt in zones 4 & 5. Now take everything into consideration. Camping with elec., showers, ATV allowed, good deer population. I'm looking for a fun hunt not something that's going to be a pain. Any input will be helpful.

Id look at:
Jim Edgar Panther Creek
Siloam Springs(don't forget the former Buckhorn Ranch that has been added)
These two require a drawn permit for access.
Also look at Pere Marquette State Park
Sorry, but a couple others escape me right now. I'll be glad to help if I can.
Good luck

I agee with Don K any state property should be good with a little time spent scouting. Here is one I'm after on state property and have seen one that is better. Good luck!!
