Find them food sources. They should be stacking up now and will start hitting the food pretty hard with these cold temps. Some of the best hunting i had last year was in December. Looks i may be able to stay home and hunt this weekend afterall so hopefully i can find me a big fat doe.

Is it just me , or has the hunting been extremely slow this year ? Between the unseasonable weather and the locals picking their corn and beans late I think I may have seen 4 deer in the last month .

I believe Indiana deer are becoming smarter. Thats why its been slow. HA! Its been about normal for me. Actually seen more deer then past hunts. After this year with all the doe tags rising wont see many next year.
