RE: need a new meat mincer
If you’re looking for an electric meat grinder I would suggest to get a good quality one and not the ones for normal kitchen use. The one I have has plastic gears and are starting to crack. If you get a good quality meat grinder it will last you for years.

This is no time to go cheap. Figure out what size you need them double that. You can never be overpowered when it comes to a meat grinder. Try contacting a restaurant supply store in your area you might be able to pick up a used commercial grinder. Thats what me and my buddy have done. Another friend purchased a 1/2 HP grinder it isn't worth a darn when you got a big pile of meat to process. I like to save up all my sausage/burger meat from several deer and grind it 1/2 frozen. Those cheap grinder would fall apart on this sort of job.
