Is a 5 foot wide blind big enough for a 30 inch draw?

Are those see through window mesh's permanent? Can they be rolled open?
Some use will involve camera work?

I assume it's better to place the blind in some good cover, and not just place it out in the naked open spaces? What's your experience.

Expect to use it in hunting season; off season photography; seems real practical during wet and cold weather. My bones aren't getting any younger.

Appreciate your pro's and con's.

After writing these questions, it's only a matter of picking out one, with some interest in economy.

Depends on where you're sitting, if close to the facing wall then yes.

Most are attached with velcro, so yes.

Most blinds can accomodate cameras.

Locating the blind in cover is always a good idea.

You'll thank yourself the first time it rains.

Over the years I look for my blinds to be 68x68 then I don't have a problem with coming to full draw. The velcro comes off because some times I shoot mechcanicals. I leave mine out year round so the animals get used to them. If you can ,brush it in . I use the big doghouse by ameristep. The other important thing to do is to practice shooting out of them to make sure nothing is hanging up in the window. Good luck deerman69

Thanks for the good advice. Also made me consider options, I hadn't considered.

First use will be with the family amateur photographer. Will need a blind big enough for two. So small isn't good for that use. (I'll be the Blind hauler)

Good way of breaking it in for hunting season and learning how to best position it. And in my cheapness I can spread the cost over a number of uses.

Rain. I still remember, like last week, the bucketload of rain on one deer hunting trip made years ago. Would have paid for the blind in two hours.

Thanks again.
