thinking of getting natural gear fleece and just thought i'd let my fellow brotherin give me the lowdown on this type of camo.
i like the lighter colors, not sure if thats good for hunting though.
useit mostly for deer and maybe turkey.
i hunt from tree stands and on the ground for deer.
so what is your guys take on this type of camo....ya or nay.
thanks buddies and good luck to all of you this season

I have a jacket in that pattern that I was wearing when I shot adeer last season , it didn't seem to register with the deer at all even though it looked dead at me as it was walking past my ground blind(a stool behind a fallen tree top) . I wasn't very well hidden , my top half was completely exposed and I had a bright orange toboggan on my head . The reason Nat Gear is so light is that they aimed for a neutral background shade to match the greatest possible number ofbackground types , and it seems to work. Look at a black and white pic of it against a wooded background and you'll see why it works .

I have started wearing Natural Gear and I think it is a good pattern. As far as the fleece, I bought one of their fleece pullovers this year, and it is the warmest one I own. It is thicker than most, and I think it is called winterceptor.
