RE: Primos Hog Call?
The feeding call (grunt) is great in the thick country but the loud squealing (distress one) one is a wast of time and spooks hogs rather then attract them or at least that’s what they work like on our pigs and where I hunt there is little pressure only say 6 weeks of hunting all year on a 200,000ac station and they see people quite frequently.

260rem is right. If you don't knowthe hog sounds, you might be alerting them instead of calling them!

RE: Primos Hog Call?
Well I tried the feeding call as I stalked through some thick Ligume swamp just grunting softly like a feeding hog as I made my way around and pigs would start to grunt along, then it was just a matter of stalking into the breeze and stoping about 30m from them and continuing to grunt softly and within minutes I would see a head poke through the cover anywhere from 5-15m from me and a quick load of buckshot to the face soon dropped them.
When it tried the distress call it didn’t take long to here crashing through the swamp about 100m or so away from me as pigs ran like hell to get to safety. I did find that it had two good purposes that will ensure that it comes on future hunts such as if you spook a sow with piglets and they run off squealing then by blowing like hell through it you can sometimes get a sow to come back thinking that a piglet is in trouble or after dropping a pig I like to use it as victory call to the rest of my mates.
