RE: accubond or Silver tip?
im gonna buy a box of the winchester accubonds and give them a try, i shoot a winchester gun so i like to stick with same products cause i think they should be somewhat tested together at thier factory dont you think?? i notice that the winchester accubonds have a little more punch to them (i use a 30-06) than the silvertips do by the winchester ballistic chart. when i get to the range and try them out i will get back to you all about how it shoots. yesterday at the range i was shooting groups of three anywhere from 1 1/4" down to all three shots touching eachother and that was with the silvertips, so with out touching the scope or anything i will try the accubonds and see how they go and report back asap!!!
one quick question. have any of you had any experience with that lubalox coating on the winchester accubonds and plugging up the rifling, they say it is supposed to be less fouling and easier cleaning. just wondering what you guys think?
