I really don' t know much about rifle ammo from Federal. As a matter of fact I just bought my first boxes last night for my SKS. and I bought federal. I have been using federal shot and slugs for years. I have found that the federal slugs are superior in my 870' s over other brands of slugs and I have tried them all. So I figure that Federal would be the way to go with my rifle.

No! I am not a Federal salesman and don' t have stock in Federal.LOL Just really have had the best luck with Federal ammo..so I think it is worth the price.
