the federal tru-ball ammo is supposed to be high tech ammo for smooth bore guns. as with anything you can gove it a try. i just bought some because they are cheap enough to try. i still own slug barrels for my shotguns but its nice to know if i can get away with the cheaper ammo for 75 yards and less.
