I do not own a 26, however I have shot one a handful of times and was pleased with the accuracy. The gun handled itself well and with 9mm being the round, it produced a comfortable recoil. Get the gun--you' ll enjoy it.

Just picked up the G27 with a 40SW and 357Sig barrel. Very nice and surprisingly very accurate for a gun with that small of a barrel. Very happy with it.
Picked up a ankle holster. Great gun. On G17 I got every once in the while, the spring will be cockeyed and all the sudden the gun will be very inaccurate and not cycle correctly. But only happened once out of 1000 rounds. Thats why I heard some of friends working for special ops here in baltimore area, said they don' t like them. But for me, its great.

Round ball, I had a Glock Model 26 and 27.I still have the 27 but traded the 26 in last year. Both are quite accurate for their size.I didn' t shoot either very much but was very satisfied with their performance. The only reason I got rid of the M-26, I' m not much on the 9mm.I orginally wanted a M-27 but they were few and far between them when they first came out. About a year later I got my M-27.The Baby Glock' s are easy to conceal and light to carry.I would recommend one completely.A Big Gun in a tiny package.

Thanks for all the info. I decided on the M26 since I load all my own 9mm now I got it on sat. and hope that next sat I can get to the range and put a couple hundred rounds through it. It is about the same size as my S/W 3913 which I have carried for a few years and am very good with it so the range will tell. Thanks again for all your imput

Personally I would have gone with the 23 in 40 cal. I dont like 9mm very much, anyway. Make sure that you dont shoot your new Glock limp wristed. Women seem to have more probs with Glocks because of that limp wristed thingy. Glocks are light and you have to hold them rigid so they will cycle, that is the only prob with them (not really a problem). Try and shoot the barrel out of it hehe!
