General purpose/walking/deer huntingI like neoprene slings as they give and reduce fatique.
For moose and elk hunting where I call lots,grown fondof the Safari Sling,b/c allows for hands free andfaster ready positioning.

I have black nylon slings on my rifles. I can't even tell you the brand, though, but they're inexpensive and you can divide the straps and essentially use the sling like a backpack by putting one strapover each shoulder. Best way to carry a gun on a long haul, IMO.
