I just used my Redhead super sling today and am very happy with it! Nice padding, one hand adjustable, cool quick disconnect swivels and at $25, good deal to boot

I got this sling from Ruger, its a closed cell neoprene and reduces felt weight by 50%.
I will vouch for this, its comfortable and doesnt slip on your shoulder.

Johnnybravoo77, sweet looking sling...i was thinking of that one for my new Ruger Frontier but liked the fact the Redhead had the quick disconnect swivels. Nice looking sling though!!!

Man, I've tried elastic ones, neoprene ones, ones with shell holders, sticky ones, etc......every rifle I own has a simple black nylon sling now....works better for bracing for a shot, and I can't tell it's any less effective in carrying a rifle for a distance....plus they're cheap.

Quick disconnect swivels are $7-$10. If you have to carry your gun for any kind of distance that sling is worth it. I think the sling itself cost $17, add swivels -$25.
