*Gunsmith in northern IL*
Hey guys, I'm trying to find a good gunsmith in northern Illinois. I am looking to have my reciever drilled and tapped for a scope, and a bore sight done. If anyone could help me, id greatly appreciate it.

I live in the far west suburbs & had used 3 different "smiths" over the years. About 4 years ago a found a guy that does a great job. He does everything from a simple trigger job to building you a competetive bench rest rifle from scratch. I take all of my work to him now. His name is John & he owns Carter's Guns in Shabona. It's about a 40 minute drive for me but it's worth it. He is very reasonable & quick.
