With sighting in anything (minus using a scope) andregardless ifit's a bow or a gun:
If you are adjusting the front sights (as with a bow) you follow the point of impact.
hitting high -move sights up
hitting low -move sights down
hitting left -move sights left
hitting right -move sightsright
If you are adjusting the rear sights you adjust in the opposite direction of the point of impact.
hitting high -move sightsdown
hitting low -move sights up
hitting left -move sights right
hitting right -move sightsleft

As you do to the rear sight, so you do to the bullet. The reverse is true for front sight. In other words, if you want the bullet to move to the left, move the rear sight left. You would move the front sight right to move the bullet left. Right?
