got a chance to wet a hook staurday afternoon and got into some schooling bass, we sat on one little spot and caught between 40-50 bass, all were small with the exception of one that misses hooked up with (about 3#) but for 2 hours we had a blast, gandson is out for fall break so were gonna go try them again

They we schooling this weekend for us. These are only the keepers from Sunday morning (3 1/2 hours). We fished Sat and Sun and caught over 400. There were also some schooling stripers down deeper, we did catch about 15 of them. I love this time of year!

Chuck, those are white and yellow bass.. if they were largemouth I'd be in jail we have a five fish limit on those. I don't ever keep largemouth.
last year I caught two over eight pounds back to back. My hand was still shaking from the first one when I caught the second. It was awesome 16 pounds of fish in two cast.
I still bass fish a lot but I've given up on chasing tournaments and keeping sponsors happy. I and quite happy now just fishing with my boys.

They are basically the same thing, the only difference is some different lines and last dorsal fin is joined.
