I read an article by Finn Aagard in which he wrote Jack OConner stated energy has little to do with killing power and that through his own experience he agreed with OConner. While my own experience doesn't begin to compare with theirs from what I have seen I agree.Far to much emphasis gets placed on paper ballistics. These guys based their views on field results.

Well, since you put it on your list I'll assume you have the cash to afford the Sako, which of your choices would be the one I'd pick first. Sako makes a fine rifle, as good or better than most rifles on the market today shy of custom and semi-custom rifles (i.e. Kimber, Cooper, etc... though, while Cooper certainly makes a fine rifle, they couldn't pay ME to own one after what Dan Cooper did).

I also like the Browning A-Bolt, and if the X-Bolt is as nice as the A-Bolt it'd be a good choice too. I've yet to actually handle an X-bolt, so I can't comment on it.

Velocities you speak of out of a 115 grain 25:06 are not possible? Now!? anyway, with the powders and bullets available. Will it come. possibly? But I will tell you the throat life of the rifle will not last very long at all, to much powder to burn.
THERE JUST ISN'T ENOUGH CASE CAPACITY. iF SOME ONE COMES UP WITH A STEEPER SHOULDER and or less voliable powder, THAT WILL WORK MAYBE? But I doubt it! It is what it is, ain't going to happen with what we have available at this time!
Just food for thought? Faster isn't alway's better in many arenas that you may play in?

My 2 cents?
