I am just about as Canadian as you can get.... Great great great gramps was a pioneer putting up schools many many many moons ago in the town of Battleford, SK. We have pictures of him standing by a sod house.That would have beenbefore 1900. I have atopo of "Hilton" Lake our namesake. Yuh think they will give me a heroes welcome if I go for a visit? Maybe the key to the city? Maybe some pre-baited bear stands?? Sure would like to take a road trip there but it has got to be a heck of a road if there is one.. The rest of the relatives are in BC..
