GKF customer service A++!!

A week or so back I posted a notice about the GKF Tranquilizer stabilizer that got broken off at the stud after I bumped as I was goin out to shoot.I was just goin to cut my losses and buy a new one but some of you guys suggested I contact GKF about it.So I emailed them and they contacted me the same day and told me to send it to them with $5.00 for return shippin and they would take care of it.Well today after about a week and a half the ups guy left a package on my door step with a brand new Tranquilizer inside
.!So nice to know some companys will stand behind their products

That is one thing that you can definitely say about GKF.....they stand behind their products 100%. They also were very active with representatives on the various forums but I have not seen them on much lately. I think they spend more time on their own forums now.

Golden Key Futura is a top notch company with awesome rests and A++ Customer service....... Its so nice to find a company that is so customer service oriented.

Yep, I can't say enough good things about their customer service. All of my bows so far have had at least one item from GKF on them and will continue to have in the future. Super company!!!!!!!!!!!
