my routine is about the same as jason's. spring and summer......handguns and get ready for bow season 2-3 months ahead of time. years ago when i shot competition.....i shot 3 days a week.....2 hr sessions. i'll be 56 yrs old in a month.....have put a few arrows in the air over the years....hehe.[8D]

There are some ways to keep pratice interesting, like streaching a cable up on a down hill slant and puting a deer target on pullies, varyingthe angle will change the speed; setting up a windshield wiper [electric] with a car battery for power put a small ballon on the end and use a reostate to comtrol the speed. Always making sure you have a good back stop of course. Lee
