There are some ways to keep pratice interesting, like streaching a cable up on a down hill slant and puting a deer target on pullies, varyingthe angle will change the speed; setting up a windshield wiper [electric] with a car battery for power put a small ballon on the end and use a reostate to comtrol the speed.
