Default turkey legs

I love the white meat, I'm a breast man .
What about the legs? I'm thinking slow cooker with some veggies and chicken broth?
Any suggestions appreciated.

That looks great Big Guy.

I don't hunt Turkey but I save all my pheasant legs and thighs, when I get a batch I debone and grind for tacos.

Thanks Big Guy, I do own a smoker but its a crappy little tinny thing, but I'll try that.
I ended up browning the legs under the broiler, deboning, then slow cooker with veggies and spices. It made a good soup!
It's illegal to waste game meat up here so I won't just toss them, now I have 2 recipes to enjoy them
