Got a new kid hooked. My new son inlaw took up bowhunting this year after sucking up to me big time. He saw 6 deer opening morning. Last night he even got a shot and found out about heart rate, yard estimation and nerves. He missed his first buck ever. His first day hunting ever in his life and he's getting more experience than most. Gotta sit back and smile, my daughter went thru the same phase. He has now found out that I was kidding about bowhunting not being easy. Also knows I wasn't BSing about a 7 yard estimation. I hope he likes potatoes with his dirt!
