Do you really think your going to get somewhere with that? Man, I wish we had a 12 gauge with an effective range of 200 yards up here in the North - We're a little behind in technology. Yes I think I am going to get somewhere with that post because it's TRUE!!! all of what I said. Tell me what part is not true? As far as the slugs go...you just showed me just how much you know about the tools you use. You can consider yourself a slob hunter now. The FACT is that the Winchester Supreme Partition Gold Sabow slugs that exit the muzzle at 1900fps at 385grns have a KILLING range of 200yds easy! Don't belive me LOOK it up....slob There is a published report of how a slob hunter killed a HORSE at over 200yds with one....you probably know him.:eek: |

can see from all the difrant post YOU 3 are some of the very few that think as you do. Most do not think the xbow and bow are the same at all. Which 3 is he talking about? I thought there were more than that who don't think crossbows are Evil Herd Destroying Machines of Mass Destruction (EHDMOMDs). Do we need to take roll or something? ;) |

When I talk about effective range I am refering to the reccommended distance at which it is ethical to shoot game. Some of you idiots just like to read what ever suits your argument. |
