I was referring to the individual strap on steps. Just curious as to their functionality. And Two Beards, I do have 4 lone wolf sticks and they are the best hunting tool I ever bought. They will climb ANY tree and they are ROCK solid.

I use the cabelas brand stick steps , they work great , are quieter than a climbing stand . You should run a rope up above and use a [firemans] not sure of the name , knot . I would never use the type of step Charlie P has a picture of , very dangerous indeed .
