Default strap- on tree step question

I want to buy some strap on tree steps, but the ones I have found will only go around 22 inch diameter trees at the max.Are there any larger ones made?Where can I find them if there is?
Any help will be appreciated,

Which steps do you have? I have been using the Ameristep strap on steps when I use my hang on but they may too short as well. My buddy has some unusual strap on steps that secure via a knot. Those have relatively long straps. I could see if I could find out which brand they are.

A 22" DIAMETER tree is pretty big, That makes the strap over 69" long. 22 x 3.14. Find younger trees.

I've heard of some strap-ons that are alot shorter.

IAbowhntr3,

I'm sorry to hi-jack your thread. I've used the strap on steps a few times, but never really felt safe with them. I'm not sure you can find some to go on a tree that big.

The reason I ask, is that while hunting on some public ground with a friend, we tried to use some of his strap-on steps around a few trees we had picked out. The straps were a little too short. The trees in this area are all about the same size. I do not know if my friends steps were 18 inch dia. max. or 22 dia. max. If they make like a 24 inch dia. max. I think they might work. I have found 18 inch and 22 inch dia. max. steps listed for sale in stores.
