I took 3/4" thick plywood and cut a piece roughly the size of my tree stand. I place that on top of some cinder blocks and practice shooting with different footing positions. Works well for days when I don't have time to practice from my climber.

Great post! I am guilty of not shooting enough although I do make a point to shoot a couple of times a week.
This is a great post to pin to the top. Every year it happens because we're more interested in hunting then practicing. Practice makes perfect and there is no subsitute.
