I think Summits normal stands go to 300lbs and the Goliath is rated to 350.

Ol' Man has the Grand ol' Man that goes to 350 also.

I use a Summit Viper and I am usually 240-260 without gear, i havent had any problems with it yet.

Summit Goliath gets my vote. Safe, strong, stable, quiet and comfortable, just what you need in a tree stand.

230 pounds is not big. I'm 230 pounds, and I use a Summit, will be using a TreeSuit exclusively this fall.

Along with the others, I suggest Summit as well. The Goliath is basically an oversized Viper....you don't need it at 230 lbs, but it's a little roomier than the 'standard' stand.

I'm 235, and have used several climbers. Never had a problem. Just made sure the weight limit was over 250.

I bought a cheapie at Dicks last year on clearance for $39 to throw up and leave in the woods all season. It is one of the most comfortable stands I have ever used.

I also like the Old Man stands. They're easy and comfy.

I love my tree lounge, very comfortable and makes it easy to stay in the woods all day.

are the tree lounges good for bowhunting? look like they would be really tough. i hope i am thinking of the right stand here are they the ones that are more like a recliner than a stand? Anyway i use the ol man ( the big one) for my climber.

LoneWolf stands are the best and the quietest, all of them are rated for 350 pounds.
