What type of climbers does everyone have?
I have a Summitt Goliath. It is comfy enougth but a bear to pack in on you back and noisy also while walking in. Typically I try to set up the day or night before. I also have a cheaper heavier Wal Mart brand.
I was looking at a Lone Wolf Alpha hand or sit and climb combo. Any experience w/ the Lone Wolf treestands?
They same lighter and easier to hike in w/ then other stands

I have an API Grand Slam. It weighs about 24 pounds, but with all the other junk I bring with me I end up Packing in about 50 pounds. Needless to say, I am almost too pooped to climb by the time I get to my tree

Walmart knockoff API, it is my favorite stand. I am so use to hunting out of it I can't bring myself to buy another climber. I have hunted out of it exclusively for 4 years but I plan on buying another climber next year, probably a API or Summit.

I have an older Buckshoot climber. I love it. Their new stands are way cool. They have self levelers on them and very easy to attach to the tree. My old stand is old school and has more step. I wish I could get a new one. Check out the video on the website:

Steve,
The only issue I have with it is that "climbing bar" which most stand have. If I shoot my bow sitting I cannot shoot directly in front of me. But my stand is rock solid and it is 15 years old. I would love the new equalizer. Kind of pricey, but heck if you are going to use if for over 15 years it makes the price easier to swallow.
