I want to put my DC 100 out and get a few deer pics. However, in Florida (and on my lease) you do not see a lot of deer. I would like to increase my odds by putting some food out to increase the number and quality of pics. You shared some great ideas w/ regard to sour corn and hogs, so i thought i would seek your comments on deer.
I have lots of cows on the property, so any method that might reduce the number of cows pics would be appreciated. Some of my lease members have said citrus pulp works well, but the cows love it if you just pour it on the ground in front of your camera.
Any ideas?
thx

A sack of corn works well for me but cows like it to. Here in louisiana they close the gates of some pastures to keep the cows out. Maybe you can find one of those.

i use a jar of peanut butter, put an eyebolt in the cap and cut a 1 1/4 hole in the bottom, attach a rope to the eye bolt, hang it high enough so the deer have to stand on their hind legs to reach it or they will clean you out.

The only thing I have ever used for attracting deer to my game cam is that deer cocane mixture. I do not think it would work in your situation though as buck and doe seem to like it equally.
