Default Sims = Great customer service

I emailed svl about the leeches coming apart after after 75 - 100 shots, and got the following email today back.

Josh,
First off E-mail me your home address and I will send you out a new set of Leech's.
Placement of the Leech's is important,I start off installing the top leech first, I hold the bow like I was going to shoot it looking at where the string veres out of the way of the bus cables and install the top leech about a half inch below that point, because the Leech's expand about 1 1/2 times it own size when fired and bus cables are the main killer of string Leech's.
What ever the distance is from the top Leech from the Idle wheel axle you use that same distance down below from your cam axle.

Talk about great service. Great company.
