Great Customer Service!
Sorry moderators if this is the wrong forum, feel free to move it if necessary. I just thought more people would read it here. Let me start by saying I am in no way, shape, or form involved with this company either, just a satisfied customer.
I just wanted to take time to tell you about a great company with great customer service. I am talking about Rackulator Inc. Some of you may see no use for this product, but I for one love it. I use it many, many times a year to rough score deer and other animals for friends and family. Over the years my tape measure in it has become kinked and wore from use and some misuse because of my ignorance. I was not getting the tape measure straight when pushing it in. I emailed Raculator and told them of my problem and asked if I could purchase a new tape measure or get it fixed. The responded within hours of my email and with no questions asked told me to send it to them and they would either replace the tape or send me a new unit free of charge. They did send me a free unit. They went out of their way to make a customer happy even at their own expense after I messed up the tape measure of the unit, it was in no way a malfunction of the product. They truly run their business the right way and a way that is worthy of everyone being told about.
