We can see on video as the hog turns that the arrow was hanging out between the front shoulder and the briscuit area.
I'm not so sure this shot would have gotten both lungs.

The pig i shot with a 2 blade 100 grain dropped the pig in its tracks. Im thinkin that the hole sealed up. i cant think of anything else, maybe you didnt put the arrow where you though you did? Was he using dull broadheads? Those are the only things i can think of.

I have never seen an animal run a mile with both airbags punched out.........I think 100 yards is about as far as a I have ever seen a double lunger go.

I don't doubt your blood trail was not good........I do highly doubt both lungs were taken out though.
