I've been out of the game lately b/c of new bow and no time to set up. But, I usually like to shoot about 2-3 times a week, anywhere from 20-40 arrows.

I've got to shoot my bow everyday, once I'm at home. It's my form of 'exercise'. It's something I enjoy doing. In the summer when there's more to do I may skip a day or two, otherwise a good guesstimate would be an average of about 200 shots a week--all thru the year.

I shoot 3 groups of 9. I try to shoot daily, probably winds up being 5 times a week.

60 to 100 daily regardless of the weather. If it's too cold I hang my quickstop in the garage and fling at 6 or so yards. At this time of year shooting is a form of release of releasing form.[:'(]

Winter season and right now...I shoot once a week....about 30 arrows. In the summer and fall...twice a week....about 60 arrows each.

With the compound, I shoot twice a week right now. One session is form only and it only at ten feet without really aiming, just concentrating on form. The other session is with fixed broadheads out to 45 yards. In each session I shoot 24 arrows. Before tendonitis set in from shooting too much with a radical cam, I used to shoot much more. I know the limitations on my shoulder now however. As for people shooting a lot of arrow everyday, I give the following advice, Be careful with what you are doing. You are not invinsible.
