I think that remaining motionless is what keeps you undetected by deer. But ASAT is the most unbelievable camo that I know of. Up close you think that it will never work, but as soon as someone gets a few yards away....it is amazing how they just dissappear!

I've been huntin for 35 years & have used some of nearly ever camo out there. I tried ASAT 2 years ago & will never turn back to others again! This stuff is simply amazing at it's ability to destroy the human figure outline & adapt to any terrain in any season. I took 9 deer in 4 states with boiw, rifle & muzzlebuster and a bow black bear in N. Brunswick in 2001 - all while wearing ASAT. It works at duping critters like nothing I've ever seen before.

Where can I find this ASAT pattern?
I never heard of it!

how does it look when treestand hunting? If you are standing in-line with the tree, that camo does not look like a tree, so therefore you will be noticed.
If you are silhouetted I can see how it would work.
If you are hugging a tree and a deer looks up it will see a tree than a funny looking mix of colors than more tree. How will that hide you? What if you are in a shadow?

Bottom line there is not a camo pattern for every possible situation.
