here' s a little trick i do, if your a little to keyed up to sleep, and you need to get a good night sleep, before a hard hunting day, take a half of a muscle relaxer,
like soma, or flexirale, it works alot better then somthing like a sleeping pill, they
have a way of making you feel like crap the next day, and with these, theres no
side effects, but dont drink any booze with it, not good,,
