Concentrate on keeping your bow arm up and pin on target til you here the arrow hit. Quit peeking.

Two words - Surprise release

Learn to use back tension to fire the trigger - If you know when the shot is comming you can do all kinds of dumb stuff

Do a search on the topic

How are you gripping your bow, and do you use a wrist sling? Try shooting with and open bow hand, not holding the bow at all and leave your hand open after the shot. The sling will keep your bow from falling.

Ditto. Also be sute that you don' t move your bow arm until you hear the arrow hit the target.

It may be the bow itself causing the problem. Try a heavier stabilizer; maybe one a little longer. How is the bow balanced? You may need more weight bias toward the bottom. I agree with RA re: the release. It' s possible you' re anticipating the shot, causing you to flinch.
