Default will the bow shop put serving on my string

the serving is in the middle but the lower middle on my string i don' t have enough room for the string loop

Sounds like the string was put on the wrong way.
But to answer your question yes a pro shop can reserve strings.

I too hesitated to learn to tie servings.
I bought a couple of creels of serving, with the serving tools attached. They came with full instructions with pictures/drawings of ties.

All my bow buddies now bring me their bows for string repair. I have only been back at this archery stuff since last season. They had bows way before I dug my old relic out of the dusty closet and started shooting again after 20 years.
