Default String Serving

I have a fast flight string that is in perfect condition, except that the serving has come undone. I would like to re-serve it and was wondering what type of material you would recommend. I plan to at least use braided nylon, but was wondering if there is a significant advantage to the fast flight serving or black and white traditional serving?

Any recommendations?

I use the #62 Braid (braided Spectra) from BCY on 450+ and Dynaflight strings. It comes in 3 sizes so you can fit most any nock, and it's super tough. Only "bad" thing is it ain't cheap.
