Mornings I get in the stand around 6:00am and sit until around 9:00am unless I am still seeing deer. Evenings I try to be out by 3:30-4:00 and sit until it is dark.

HOur before first light......to probably 10:00....unless I'm seeing deer.
I got to stand at 1:45, today....and that's a tad earlier than "normal".
I've probably logged 250+ hours on stand, this season.

I sit for no less than 4 hours on half day hunts. I have 12 all day (11-12hrs)sits so far this season.I have hunted 25 days (205hrs)since Pa's opener,and only seen a total of 23 deer. I've killed one yearling. That's pathetic!! Nobody can say I don't put my time in.

I have 1 all day sit this year but normally sit 4 hours on morning hunts and 3-4 on afternoons. I have 23 hunts logged with shots passed up on 8 bucks and10 does so far this season. One 10 pt. fell to my arrow so far this year and am waiting for "Mr. Big" to make a mistake.
