Are "Barbed" Broadheads illegal in your state?

so just for the record , would the new 2 blade bloodrunner be considered barbed ?

barbed broadheads are illegal in ALASKA.
I don't feel it is a dumb rule. on a bad hit you want the arrow to be able to fall back out and allow the animal a better chance to heal. To my understanding that is the reason.
Alaska does not allow mechanicals on what i call big big game species (moose, bison, elk, brown and grizzly bear,mtn. goat and musk ox) can't say i agree with that rule but it is because not all mechanicals are created equal.
