Gamecam Photos....is it just me?

Hey now, this is my second year in a row without a buck that will even score 100" on one of my cameras. For years I was getting pics and all of my buddies were jealous, last year my one buddy got a 153" bruiser on camera where as my biggest was about a 15" wide 8 point that wouldn't hit triple digits. This year, my best-friend has atleast 4 different P&Y bucks on cam, and my biggest is about a 90" 8 point
Hell, I honestly don't think that I will shoot a single deer this year, my goal is to get my fiance her first deer with a bow, that would be more enjoyable for me than if I shot a 170" buck........well....... maybe

Hell, I saw a little basket rack 6 point last night while out glassing and got excited. Bucks are few and far between around here where I can hunt. The locals see bone it gets shot(half the time out of season at night)or at least chased around during gun season until it commits suicide.

I am starting to know that feeling David. Seeing a 16" wide 8 point on my properties is becoming rare. I am not sure what caused the sudden change, between the new county jail being built on the border of my honey hole, my honey hole being timbered in Jan. of 2007, an animal shelter, and three other buildings being built on the edge of my property, dynamite blasting on the other side of my property, ect.. Heck, around 3 weeks of glassing the soybean fields almost every eveningand I have seen a total of two bucks

LMAO! That is mean, but funny.
In my experience trail cam pics don't translate into filled tags all the time, but it is good to know there are good ones running around. I'm looking forward to seeing the "after" pics of these trail cam bucks this fall.
