For me, about 3 weeks if I just treat it topically. About 10-14 days if I take prednisone tablets, antihistimine tablets, apply topical steroid cream and scrub with zanfel. LOL! I get it worse than most. Ahhhhhhhh, grin and bear it. I just love the woods too much to stay out of them.

i have even went to the point i no longer care if i get it it is a normal thing for me if i go into the woods or go fishing. i hike where i want and i fish where i want. I am ok with getting it a little as long as it stays where the sun shines and off my face. i hate that stuff on my face.
What sucks is getting it on your feet

i am immune to it i can pick it up and rub it all over my arms and legs and not get a rash at all

yeah welcome to the woods. i usually get atleast one breakout a year like that. you just gotta go to the doctor and get a steroid cream for it
