I need some bow buying tips

RE: I need some bow buying tips
It appears as though you want a recurve (taking your post, literally).
Is this correct? If so.....you may want to ask this question in the traditional forum, ALSO. There are plenty of bows out there in that range (I paid under $300 for the longbow I'll be hunting with, this fall).....and it gets REALLY good if you don't mind buying a quality used bow.
If I were going the recurve route....."I" would look into the Hoyt gamemaster series....and buy a slightly used one. I "think" they're $450 or so, brand new.
If youre looking for a compound bow, though......disregard what I said.....lol
